Terms of Service
The short version
- One item = one finished 3D generation of any category. The item is used when you ask for the front preview; if making the item fails on our side, you get it back.
- What you make is licensed to you for FiveM servers you own or run. Reselling, re-uploading or giving the files away is not allowed on any plan.
- A leaked or resold Item puts the account that made it on hold.
- Plan items arrive every month and unused ones reset when the next month's arrive; items you buy separately last 12 months.
- Items are delivered to your account the moment you pay and are not refundable, used or not. If making an item fails, or an item doesn't work in game because of us, you get the item back (see the SLA).
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't ask us to copy brand logos or other people's designs.
This summary helps you read the Terms; it doesn't replace them.

1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KANKI 3D LLC, 1004 Edith Ave, Adrian, MO 64720, United States ("Kanki3D", "we", "us"). They cover the Kanki3D studio at studio.kanki3d.com, the website at kanki3d.com, and every file you download from them (together, the "Service").
The Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is part of these Terms. If a separate written agreement with us (for example a "Get in touch" deal for a studio or a big server) says something different, that agreement wins for what it covers.
You accept these Terms when you sign in, when you tick "I agree" in the studio, or when you pay. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Who can use Kanki3D
- You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and must make any purchase.
- If you use the Service for a company, server or team, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms, and "you" includes it.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you, or if we closed an earlier account of yours for breaking these Terms.
- While the studio is invite-only, access is at our choice and can be switched off for anyone.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: what happens on your Kanki3D account is your responsibility.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it or sell it. An account can be signed in on at most 3 browsers at a time; signing in on another signs the oldest one out.
- One person, one free account: don't open more accounts to get more free previews or starting items.
- Tell us straight away on our Discord (ticket) or at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
4. The service
Kanki3D turns a photo of a clothing item or jewelry piece into a 3D item fitted to a FiveM ped and packed as game files (.ydd, .ytd, fxmanifest.lua). Items are made by our AI models. Because of that:
- results vary, and two runs from the same photo are not identical;
- an item may differ from the photo in shape, colour, detail or text (logos and lettering are often lost or changed);
- the front preview is there so you can check the item before it is made in 3D: approve it only when you are happy with it.
We keep improving the Service, so features, categories, peds, limits and screens change over time. If we remove something that a paid plan clearly promises, we tell you at least 30 days before, unless we must act sooner for legal or security reasons.
5. Items, plans and payment
Items
- 1 item = 1 finished 3D generation of any category (tops, jackets, pants, vests, masks, hats, shoes, chains, pendants and anything we add).
- For garments, the item is used when you ask for the front preview, and that same item covers making it in 3D. For chains, the item is used at the pendant preview and covers its one change and making it in 3D.
- If making the item fails on our side, at any point, the item (or free preview) is returned automatically.
- New accounts on the Free plan may get a small number of free previews (shoes or chains). A free preview uses no item until you make it 3D, and has no redo or change.
- Items are not money, have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account and can't be exchanged for cash, except for the refunds in section 6.
Plans
- Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
- Plan items arrive monthly (yearly plans month by month) and are used before other items. Unused plan items reset at the next monthly grant; they don't carry over. We remind you a few days before.
- Items bought separately (single items, packs, extra items) expire 12 months after purchase.
- Each plan's limits (revisions, colours per item, vault storage, saved outfits, jobs at once, daily jobs, queue priority, custom ped) are shown on the pricing page in the studio and may be enforced automatically.
- Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Founder offers, discount codes and creator links are described where you get them. Discounts don't stack, and codes can't be redeemed for cash.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes (VAT, sales tax) are added where the law requires, and shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We may change prices. A new price for your plan applies from your next renewal after we have told you at least 30 days before; you can cancel before then.
- If a renewal fails, we retry for a while. If it still fails, the plan ends and the account moves to the Free plan.
- Chargebacks: if you dispute a payment, the items from it are frozen until the dispute ends. Please contact us first, we usually solve problems faster.
6. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from Account > Manage plan. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; it doesn't renew after that. Items you already made and downloaded stay yours under section 8.
- Items are delivered when you pay. The items you buy, and a plan's monthly items, are added to your account as soon as the payment goes through. From then on they are yours to use whenever you like (within the expiry in section 5).
- Items are not refundable, used or not. Before you pay, you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose your right to withdraw once the items are added to your account (if you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, this is the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content). The confirmation is shown again on the payment page and kept with your payment.
- An item that doesn't work in game because of a defect on our side is covered by the item guarantee in the SLA (fixed or given back).
- Any payment we do refund (for example at our discretion, or as the law requires) takes back the unused items it gave. A refund or chargeback after you used its items may let us take back other unused items or put the account on hold until it is settled.
- Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
7. What you upload
- You keep the rights you have in the photos, notes, peds and other material you upload ("Uploads").
- You confirm you have the right to use each Upload in this way, and that using it doesn't break anyone else's rights (copyright, trademark, design, privacy or likeness).
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and change your Uploads only to run the Service for you, keep it secure, and meet the law. We don't sell your Uploads and don't publish them without your permission.
- Don't upload photos of real people's faces or bodies unless you have their permission, and never images of minors.
- We may remove an Upload or a generated item that we believe breaks these Terms or the law, and we respond to valid infringement notices (section 21).
8. The items you make
The files the Service makes for you (3D models, textures, game files, previews; "Items") are built from your Upload and from our own tools, templates and settings.
Your licence
As long as you keep to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, change and run each Item you made on FiveM servers you own or run (as owner, staff or developer of that server), including in screenshots, videos and streams of that server. The licence stays after your plan ends or you cancel.
Not allowed on any plan
- selling, reselling, sharing or giving Items away, alone or in packs, on Tebex, Discord shops, cfx.re releases or anywhere else, including to other servers or to clients;
- re-uploading Items, or files made from them, to any site, store, asset library or file host;
- using Items or anything from the studio to train or improve an AI model;
Resale rights or use beyond your own servers are available only in a separate written deal: use "Get in touch".
Rights we can't give
Your licence covers our rights in an Item. It doesn't give you rights that belong to others: the design, brand or logo in the photo you used, or Rockstar Games' and Take-Two's rights in GTA V and its peds. Because Items are made by AI models, some laws may not give anyone copyright in parts of them. You are responsible for what you choose to make and use.
9. Leaks
- If we find an Item outside the use allowed in section 8 (for example on a store, in a leak or in another server's pack), we may put the account that made it on hold, take back its unused items, and end the licence for the Items involved. We tell you what we found and you can reply before we close the account.
- If your files were taken from you without your fault (for example a hacked server), tell us: we take that into account.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to, or try to:
- make items that copy brand logos, trademarks or other people's designs when you don't have their permission;
- make anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against people, or that sexualises a real person without consent;
- impersonate anyone, or mislead people about who made an item;
- get around plan limits, payment, free-preview rules or the queue; open several accounts to do so;
- access the Service with bots, scripts or scrapers, or call its API outside the studio;
- probe, scan or test the Service's security, read files that aren't yours, or overload it;
- copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the studio or how it works, or build a competing service from them;
- break the rules of FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or any other platform where you use the Items.
The Service watches for refused requests, unusual downloads and file probing, and may block an account for a short time on its own. Repeated blocks put the account on hold until we review it.
11. Games and platforms
Kanki3D is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. GTA V, FiveM and their assets are their owners' property. Items are made to work with FiveM as it is when you make them; we can't promise that a future game or platform update, or a platform's rules, won't affect them. You are responsible for following the FiveM / Cfx.re platform terms and Rockstar's policies on your server.
12. Storage and your data
- Your vault (Library) and saved outfits are limited by your plan. If your plan ends and you are over the new limit, nothing is deleted at once, but you can't add more until you are under it.
- Keep your own copies of what you download. We look after your vault, but we don't promise to keep or recover any file forever (see the SLA).
- If you close your account, or we close it, we delete your Uploads and Items from the studio within 30 days, except records we must keep (payments, download and abuse records) for as long as the law or a dispute needs them.
- To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to [email protected].
13. Our rights
The Service, the studio, its code, tools, templates, designs, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. Except for the licence in section 8, these Terms give you no rights in them. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
14. Holds, suspension and closing
- You can close your account any time by asking in a ticket on our Discord or at [email protected]. Cancel your plan first.
- We may put an account on hold, block it for a time, or close it if you break these Terms, if a payment is reversed, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. When we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to reply first.
- If we close your account because you broke these Terms, unused items are lost and paid amounts are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. If we close it for any other reason, we refund unused items and the unused part of a prepaid plan.
- If we stop the Service entirely, we tell you at least 30 days before, refund the unused part of prepaid plans and unused bought items, and give you time to download your Items.
- Sections 7 (licence to process, until deletion), 8 (except for Items whose licence ended under section 9), 9, 13, 15–17, 19 and 20 survive the end of these Terms.
15. Disclaimers
We work hard on the Service and stand behind it as described in the SLA. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the Service and Items are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free, that an Item will match the photo exactly, or that an Item is fit for a particular purpose beyond working in FiveM as described. Parts of the Service may be labelled beta or test; they may change or stop without notice. Some countries don't allow these exclusions, so they apply to you only as far as your law allows.
16. Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost players or donations, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) 50 US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or, if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct or for breaking your statutory rights.
17. Indemnity
If you use the Service for a business, server or team, you will defend and compensate us against claims by others, and the costs that come with them, caused by your Uploads, your use of Items, or your breach of these Terms. This doesn't apply to consumers where the law doesn't allow it.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms or the SLA. For a change that matters, we tell you in the studio or by email at least 14 days before it applies (sooner only for legal or security reasons), and the studio asks you to accept the new version before your next generation or purchase. If you don't agree, cancel before the change applies; for a prepaid plan we then refund its unused part. The version date is at the top of each page.
19. Law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the state courts in Bates County, Missouri, or the federal courts for the Western District of Missouri.
- If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
- Please contact us first: most problems are solved in a ticket. EU consumers can also use their national consumer bodies or out-of-court dispute services.
20. General
- These Terms (with the SLA and the pricing shown when you buy) are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If a part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- You may not transfer these Terms or your account. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the Service, and we will tell you.
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example power, hosting or network failures, attacks, or government action).
- These Terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English version applies, unless your law says otherwise.
21. Contact
- Support, refunds, account closure: a ticket on our Discord (fastest), or [email protected].
- Legal notices and infringement claims (with the work, where it appears in the Service, your contact details and a statement that you are the rights owner or act for them): [email protected], or by post to KANKI 3D LLC, 1004 Edith Ave, Adrian, MO 64720, United States.
